How do you measure “being chosen”?
Win-rate (deals won ÷ deals competed for). We baseline your win-rate at the start, then track week-by-week. We also track deal size and discount frequency — secondary indicators that brand strength is actually shifting buyer behaviour.
Do I need to rebuild my whole brand?
Almost never. Most engagements are a positioning sharpen + visual refresh + proof system build. Full rebuilds only when the existing brand is actively hurting you (e.g., post-pivot, post-merger, embarrassing legacy assets).
What if my product is genuinely worse than competitors?
Then we’ll tell you that on the discovery call, before you sign. Brand can’t paper over a worse product for long. Our job is to position what you actually do best — not to fake what you don’t.
