What this covers

This policy covers personal data Adsomia collects when you visit our website (adsomia.com), submit a form, sign up for a resource, or engage us for marketing services. Client data we process on behalf of paying clients is covered by a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) attached to that client's engagement letter.

Who we are

Adsomia India Pvt Ltd ("Adsomia", "we", "us") is a private limited company registered in India, with operating offices in Trivandrum (HQ), Kochi, Attingal, and Bangalore. For privacy questions, contact social@adsomia.com or the postal address listed on /contact.

What we collect

Three categories. (1) Information you give us — name, email, phone, company name, message content — when you fill in a contact form, book a discovery call, or download a resource. (2) Information we collect automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer URL, anonymised analytics events — via Google Analytics 4 and similar privacy-respecting tools. (3) Information from third parties — review content from Google Business Profile, public LinkedIn / social profiles we look up before discovery calls.

Why we collect it

Four purposes. (1) To respond to your enquiry and ship a discovery call. (2) To send you the resource you requested (HEO Checklist, audit, etc.) and at most one follow-up email asking whether it was useful. (3) To measure marketing performance — which pages convert, which campaigns drive enquiries, where our content is working. (4) To comply with our own legal and tax obligations (invoicing, financial records).

Who we share it with

We use third-party processors. (1) Vercel — hosts the website. (2) Google Analytics 4 — anonymised analytics. (3) Zoho CRM — stores lead enquiries and contact history. (4) Form processor (Formspree or Web3Forms) — handles form submissions. (5) Google Workspace — for emails and shared documents. (6) Razorpay / banking processors — for invoicing. We do NOT sell or rent your data. We do NOT share with advertisers for retargeting beyond what's documented here.

Cross-border transfers

Some processors (Vercel, Google, Razorpay) operate from servers outside India. By using this site or engaging us, you consent to your data being processed in those jurisdictions. We choose processors with strong privacy commitments (GDPR-aligned where applicable) and contractual data-protection clauses.

How long we keep it

Different categories, different durations. (1) Enquiry records — 24 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner. (2) Active client data — for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax/audit compliance (Indian Income Tax Act + Companies Act requirements). (3) Analytics — Google Analytics 4 default (14 months), no individual identification stored. (4) Marketing email list (if you opted in) — until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under India's DPDP Act 2023, and GDPR where applicable, you have the right to: (a) ask what we hold about you, (b) ask us to correct it, (c) ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention obligations), (d) withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. Email social@adsomia.com with your request. We respond within 30 days, usually faster.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies. (1) Strictly necessary — for the site to work (no tracking purpose). (2) Analytics — Google Analytics 4, anonymised. (3) Form processor — short-lived, only for the form submission flow. We do NOT use advertising / retargeting cookies. You can disable analytics in your browser settings without breaking site functionality.

Children

Adsomia's services are for businesses and individuals 18+. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, email social@adsomia.com and we'll delete it immediately.

Security

We use TLS (HTTPS) across the site, modern secret management for any API keys, least-privilege access controls on internal tools, and run regular security reviews. No internet-connected system is 100% secure — but we treat your data the way we'd want our own treated.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and (for any change that affects how we use existing data) notify you by email if we have one on file. Current version: May 14, 2026.
