Saying what we won't do is how we earn the right to be specific about what we will. Be Led-specific:

  • Take on Be Led for businesses without an in-house marketing person — we lead, we don’t execute solo (different outcome).
  • Replace your existing marketing leadership without a clear handover plan agreed up front.
  • Run on undefined scope — every engagement starts with a written charter listing what we own, what you own, what’s shared.
  • Stay forever — we plan our exit from day 1. Most Be Led engagements run 9–18 months, then transition to in-house full-time CMO.

Who actually leads the engagement — Hassan or someone else?

Either Hassan personally (founders ₹5Cr+ revenue typically) or a senior Adsomia leader. The relationship is named in the charter; you know who you’re working with.

What does 8–12 hours/week actually look like?

Roughly: bi-weekly 90-min team operating session, monthly 90-min founder strategy session, ad-hoc Slack/WhatsApp during the week, plus async work on plans, hiring, vendor calls. Time tracked transparently.

Why a 3-month minimum?

First month is mostly observation + charter. Real change starts month 2. Anything shorter than 3 months and we’d be doing onboarding without delivering value.

Can Be Led work alongside Be Found / Bought / Chosen?

Often does — we run the strategic layer while one of the execution sprints handles a specific outcome. Usually saves the cost of one full-time hire.
