Adsomia

Team · Founder · Hassan Rawther

He didn’t start Adsomia to impress the industry. He started it to give young, honest brands a fighting chance.

When Hassan Rawther talks about marketing, he doesn’t sound like a consultant selling deliverables. He sounds like someone who genuinely likes people, stories, and brands that quietly deserve to be noticed. His passion is simple: if a brand has real value, it should not stay invisible.

Over the years, Hassan has learned that marketing is not about tricks or temporary hacks. It’s about clarity, confidence, and consistency. He believes every rupee a brand spends on marketing should feel like a deposit into its future — not an expense that disappears into reports and promises.

Behind the numbers and strategies, Hassan is just a curious, grounded human who cares more about his clients’ growth than about his own ego. When you work with him, you don’t feel like a case study. You feel like someone he respects, wants to understand, and is quietly determined to help become stronger.

    Co-founder · Founding CEO

    Since April 2020

I co-founded Adsomia and led it through its first chapter.

Co-founded Adsomia in 2020 and served as the company's founding CEO. Stewarded the agency from launch through its early years of growth — built the team, the operating cadence, and the methodology that still runs today.

  • Reshma

    SEO Lead

    Since 2022

I lead our SEO + HEO practice — strategy through to ranking reports.

I run the SEO team — keyword strategy, content briefs, technical fixes, the works. Came up through agency-side SEO before joining Adsomia in 2022. Most of my time goes to client engagements; the rest goes to keeping our methodology current as Google + AI engines keep moving.

  • Sumayya

    Senior Marketing Strategist

    Since 2023

I write the strategy briefs and verify what we publish.

I sit on the strategy + editorial side of the work — brief writing for campaigns, positioning audits, message-architecture frameworks for client brands. I also run the editorial-review layer on what Adsomia publishes externally: case studies, best-of guides, location and industry pages all carry my sign-off before they go live. The role exists because we don't want anything on the site that we wouldn't stand behind on a sales call.

  • Sruthy

    SEO Executive

    Since 2023

I ship the SEO work that compounds.

I run day-to-day SEO execution across multiple client accounts — technical audits, content briefs, monthly reporting. Most of my work is in the details: schema markup that validates, internal linking that flows, page-level fixes that actually move rankings.

  • Sreekutty

    SEO Executive

    Since 2023

I work where keyword research meets content.

I bridge the gap between keyword research and content production — buyer intent mapping, content brief writing, post-publish optimisation. The work that turns good rankings into actual leads.

  • Meenu

    SEO Executive

    Since 2024

I keep the reporting and rankings tight.

I run reporting infrastructure across the SEO team — rank tracking, GSC analysis, monthly performance reports for clients. The unglamorous but essential work of proving the work is working.

  • Shanavas

    Developer

    Since 2022

I build and ship the technical side — sites, schemas, integrations.

I handle the dev work — building marketing-led websites on Next.js + Prismic, wiring conversion tracking + CRMs, shipping schema markup, fixing Core Web Vitals. If a client engagement has a technical layer, I'm in it.
