Our process — five phases.

The same operating cadence on every engagement, regardless of outcome. Discover → Position → Build → Distribute → Compound. The shape varies — the sequence doesn't.

Phase 01

Discover

Understand the actual business, not the website.

Before we touch marketing, we map the real engine: who buys, why now, what stops them. A 90-min founder session, 3 customer interviews, a competitive read. We come out of week 1 with a written narrative of the business — and usually with at least 2 hypotheses about what's actually broken vs what people think is broken.

Phase 02

Position

Decide who you're for and what you stand for — before any campaign.

Marketing without positioning is paid noise. We agree the 1-line positioning, the audience to chase first, the audiences to deliberately ignore, and the proof we have today (and need to build) to make the position credible. Everything downstream gets pressure-tested against this.

Phase 03

Build

Ship the infrastructure — site, schema, tracking, content seed.

Now we execute. The site (if needed), the schema (always), the tracking (always), the first 8–12 high-leverage pages of content. Built to be hand-off-able: any future team can pick this up without us. We don't build agency-lock-in into the work; we'd rather earn the renewal than trap you.

  • Production-grade Next.js or stack of choice
  • Schema + /llms.txt + sitemap + robots shipped
  • GA4 + server-side + CRM tracking verified
  • 8–12 launch pages (content production)

Phase 04

Distribute

Get the work in front of the right buyers, on the right engines.

Once the foundation holds, we open the taps. Paid where it makes sense (Google, Meta, plus one specialist channel), organic always (HEO methodology), lifecycle automation (email + WhatsApp where appropriate). Weekly cadence with the client; nothing happens off-camera.

Phase 05

Compound

Step back, let it work, double down on what works.

Most agencies want to stay forever. We want to make ourselves removable. Once an outcome is compounding (HEO ranks holding, CAC trending the right way, brand mentions earning themselves), we step into a leaner cadence and document everything for hand-off. Some clients renew anyway — but it's their choice, not our trap.
