About · Mission
We help genuinely good businesses stop looking smaller than they actually are.
That sentence is the entire mission. The four beliefs below are what we built to keep it true under pressure.
Four beliefs
What we built the agency around.
Genuinely good businesses lose to louder ones — and that's fixable.
We've seen a clinic with the best surgeon in three districts get out-ranked by a chain with mediocre care because the chain ran better marketing. That's the problem. Marketing isn't a moat; it's a translation layer between the real quality of your business and what buyers can see from outside.
Specificity over scale.
We'd rather work with 30 founders we'd put a child's surgery in front of than 300 transactions we feel uneasy about. Our roster is hand-picked. Not a sales motion — a fit motion.
Honesty is a competitive advantage.
We tell buyers when we're not the right fit. We publish what didn't work. We caveat numbers that need caveats. In an industry built on overpromise, telling the truth is differentiating.
Compounding beats sprinting.
We pick clients we'd serve for 3–5 years, not 3–5 months. Quarterly results are downstream of weekly habits; we build the habits.
How it shows up in the work
Mission isn't a banner. It's a constraint.
Anyone can write nice values on an /about page. The test is which decisions you lose money to keep them true. Here's a few.
- We turn down projects where the unit economics don't justify our pricing — even when we have capacity.
- Our case studies include the ones that took longer than expected — we publish those too.
- Every report has the numbers that matter (CAC, qualified pipeline, revenue) — not the vanity metrics that don't.
- We refer buyers to other agencies / freelancers when we know we're a poor fit. Adsomia loses the lead; the buyer wins.
- Founding-client offers revert to list price on the date in the engagement letter. Hassan signs that personally. No quiet renewals.
Marketing is the work.
Digital is just our medium.

30-minute call. We listen first. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that — and probably suggest someone who is.
